30 Day Returns
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the day of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

Cosmetics that have been used cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email info@expcosmetics.com for instructions on how to return an item.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working of days.

Exchanges 
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at info@expcosmetics.com for instructions on how to exchange an item.

Delivery Costs
To return your product to us, send your product to us at ExpCosmetics, 44 Worship Street, London, EC2A 2EA, United Kingdom.

You will be eligible for cover your own shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over £50, we advise to use a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe and recorded delivery of item.
