30 Day Returns Policy

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the day of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in the same condition received in. Items must also be in original packaging. Cosmetics that have been used cannot be returned. If items are defective or damaged we will be happy to provide an exchange. 

To complete a return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email info@expcosmetics.com for instructions on how to return an item.
